All paintings shown on this web site are copyrighted and assigned an unique register number from the National Fine Arts Title Registry, Nashville, TN. A digital image, painting title, description including size, value in dollars and the registered owner are on record in their secure data banks. When a painting is purchased, ownership will be transferred to the new owner and a certificate issued. This not only establishes proof of purchase but will also provide a basis for claim if the artwork is damaged, destroyed or stolen. Price for Transfer and certificate is $20.00.Prices shown do not include shipping, insurance, sales tax (if applicable) or framing. If a frame, mounting, and hanging hardware are desired—type, style and price will be furnished for your selection upon email request. Frame prices are offered at 20% over actual wholesale cost. A firm quote including all charges will be furnished by email prior to the final sale. Payment may be made by check (allow up to 2 weeks to clear), by bank draft or through PayPal. No shipments are being made at this time outside of the United States and none to a Post Office address.
